We are developing programs to train professionals and students, growing green jobs and a professional cohort skilled in land stewardship practices. We are also providing initiatives to inspire and equip landowners and land managers at many different scales to improve the health and biodiversity of their lands.

In time, we will offer internships, apprenticeships, workshops, site visits, and other educational activities for professionals at all stages in their careers. Our long-term vision is to help nurture a talent pool of innovative, restoration-minded professionals and researchers who are helping renew and reimagine landscapes worldwide.
